The Bowery District welcomes your pets. We allow dogs, cats, fish and birds to enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of your new home upon approval and deposit.

The Bowery District allows both cats and dogs (70 pounds and under) without any breed restrictions, however the District isn’t the best choice for aggressive or unfriendly pets to live. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation, no pet deposit required. There is a pet washing station on site and pet sanitation stations are located around the Bowery District for your convenience.

We understand that some pets may live in water inside of your apartment home, no worries, we love them too! Aquariums are permitted with approval and deposit for systems holding 35 gallons of water or more.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250/per pet (35 pounds or less) and $350/per pet (above 36 pounds). Vet records must be provided before move-in. There is a maximum number of two pets per unit. Dogs over 50 pounds will be required to reside in a second floor unit.

Covered parking is available in the adjacent Cascade Parking Garage located at 10 Mill St. The garage provides direct access to the building’s main lobby. Contact ABM at 330.375.2595 for long-term pricing for resident discounted rates.

The Bowery’s main building has a trash chute conveniently located on every floor.

The fitness center is open for residents 24/7.

You can let us know of any preferences, and we will do our best to place you in the unit that fits those requests. All requests are on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be taken in the order in which your application is received.

We accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks in our office. As an alternative payment option, we also accept credit card, debit cards, and ACH payments online through our resident portal. We are unable to accept cash at any time.

There is a secured package room near the mailboxes where packages will be dropped off and awaiting pick-up at your convenience.
